  • Upon Arrival at the Minneapolis Airport, Follow the Ground Transportation signs to the Airport Tram System.  Board the Airport Tram and proceed to the Airport Transit Center (A short distance).  Disembark and locate the Crowne Plaza Shuttle Vans. 
  • Airport Departure:  Crowne Plaza Shuttle Vans are identified with the Crowne Plaza-St. Paul – Riverfront Logo and Indian Health Conference signage in the shuttle bus windows.
  • Schedule as follows:
    Sunday, August 2, 2009, Minneapolis Airport Departure 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Each Hour
    Monday, August 3, 2009, Minneapolis Airport Departure 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Each Hour
    Friday, August 7, 2009, Crowne Plaza Departure to Minneapolis Airport 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Each Hour

A good site for local information and resources is the Minneapolis American Indian Center.
Nearby trails for bicyclists, walkers and skaters include the Samuel Morgan Regional Trail and Big Rivers Regional Trail. Both follow along the banks of the Mississippi River and pass near the hotel.
Finally, the Mall of America is a major attraction. There are lots of shuttles; ask at the hotel.
